Main Street Creative Arts Center is a family-operated, woman-owned small business built in response to a need we saw in our community for more spaces where independent artists could gather, connect, learn, and share their craft. Since our beginning, we’ve welcomed independent productions, artist exhibitions, rehearsals, auditions, classes, workshops, and community gatherings into our black box theatre and creative spaces. We’ve provided space for organizations including Stray Cat Theatre, Mesa Encore Theatre, Rebel Phoenix Theatre Collective, and Southwest Shakespeare Company. We’ve also supported arts education through donated performance space and created internship opportunities for emerging artists to gain practical resume building experience. Through short-term room rentals, classes, performances, and community events - we’re creating more opportunities for artists to develop their work, share their knowledge, and make a living doing what they love most. These accomplishments reflect what matters most to us: helping artists move their work forward while fostering connections that strengthen our local arts community.
