Are you using your computer’s music player to play music for live events? Is it frustrating trying to manually fade music, forgetting to hit stop so it doesn’t play the next song, or having to manually adjust volume for every song? Then this workshop is for you. QLab is an awesome tool that is FREE and once you use it, you’ll never want to go back. You do not need to be technologically savvy or know anything about sound engineering. So whether you are a theatre maker, an elementary music or dance teacher, playing music for your friends wedding, or just a human who would like to pick up another useful theatre skill and learn something fun, this workshop is for you. Class fee: $35 Classwallet Accepted 🍎About the instructor: Brianna Fallon is a theatre maker who wears many hats including sound designer for theatre. She is the Academy at Childsplay where she overseas dozens of classes and live performances a year. She served as the Artistic Director of Mesa Encore Theatre for two years. Brianna also performs, directs, and writes plays whenever she can.
