About This Program
Unit 1: Foundations of Self-Expression is a 6-week homeschool enrichment experience for children ages 8–12 who are ready to explore creativity, confidence, and emotional awareness in a safe, supportive space.
Meeting twice a week for 2.5 hours per session, this unit offers a rich, immersive environment where students engage in drama games, movement, storytelling, group activities, and expressive art. Each week builds on the last, guiding students through core social-emotional themes like voice, empathy, boundaries, creative confidence, and self-awareness.
This is not a performance class. There are no scripts, auditions, or pressure to be on stage. Instead, The Art of Being is a process-based journey into self-expression, connection, and personal growth—perfect for children who learn best through play, imagination, and reflection.
